Eligible to receive a full refund

Impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour.

If you are a cruise customer and the cruise canceled and not come to Bahrain for any reason will be a full refund.

Cancellation due to any other reasons within 24 hours (such as illness) but must to get a report in written from doctor.

For cancellation due to any other reasons

40 USD applied for cancellation for more than 10 Days (Normal cancellation fees)

100 USD applied for cancellation for within 5 days (without valid reason)

Full charge if the cancellation within 5 days without valid reason (without valid reason)
